• Coliseum of Comics These are all over the place: Orlando, West Orlando , Kissimmee, Fashion Square Mall, Winter Haven. Lots of gaming, the flavor of which varies from store to store. Some are CCGs, others are miniatures. Definitely worth checking out!
• Colonial Photo and HobbyOkay, this isn't what you think of when you think of game stores, but it has some great modeling stuff, especially for miniatures. And for those rpg'ers out there, a suggestion: try picking up some of the shrubbery stuff used on model trains. It adds a lot when you're laying out the figs for an outdoor encounter.
• Cool Stuff Games Great online store. The store itself has a large gaming area with a lot of activity.  A lot of  CCGs and some board games are played here on a regular basis .  
• Live Oak Games While not technically a store, this is the website of an award winning game designer based here in Orlando.
